BOWLING

DEVONPORT CLUB. The Devonport Bowling Club held Its annual meeting on Wednesday evening. Respecting the proposed re-affillatlon to th<! Northern Bowling Association, It was deckled to leave of taking action to that end with the committee, provided they became satisfied that any shortage in tournament expenses would be shared by all the affiliated clubs. Two new members were elected, and the club's annual sub scrlptlon was increased to £2 12/6, with a view to securing funds for enlarjting the pavilion. The following officers were elected for the ensuing season:—President. Mr V. E. Mason; vice-presidents. Messrs D. Harvey aud T. Stewart: serretarv Mr H. 11. G. Ralfe: treasurer. Mr A. 11. O'Loughleu: committee. Messrs J Armstrong, K. Mitchell, D. Orattan, and W. Coltman; delegates to Auckland Provincial Bowling Association, Messrs J. Armstrong and W B Eyre.
