Youns and fat calves, short of requirements, sold freely, bringing from 2/ to 54/; 83 sold, a here was an average yarding of fat cattle. Prices were Inclined to be firmer. Steers ranged In price from £8 5/ to £11 2/0; cows. £8 10/ to £8 5/; 390 yarded. Mutton, in short supply, sold freely, bringing from 10/ to 23/0 for wethers, ewes 14/ to 10/9.
