SCOTTISH COAL TROUBLE.
BOTH SIDES DETERMINED. FURTHER CONFERENCE ARRANGED. (Received 10.25 a.m.) LOXDOX, July 28. ' A sub-committee of Scotch master miners {piled to agree with the men's delegates. Both sides were very determined. Owing to the result of the ballot, the employers have resolved to grant no further concession. The conference will be resumed to-morrow, Mr Winston Churchill (President of the Board of Trade) presiding.
