fcOYAL COMMISSION ON MINES,

(Received 10.10 a.m.) SYDXEY, this day. fhe Roral Commission on coal mining Bisputes was resumed yesterday. Counsel for the miners announced that the men intend to withdraw all claims, chiefly because of the delay which has taken place over the hearing of the cases and the want of a guarantee that there will tot be similar delay in other claims, Vhich would mean waiting one or two years. The Commission has adjonrned feU the 2Sth to await developments.
