The criminal sessions will open on Monday. On Tuesday morning a batch o! prisoners will come up for sentence. Amongst them is Roht. Garr, who shot a man on the Helensville steamer. REID V. SOUTER. An error was made in the report of the Cambridge libel ciwe, appearing in List night's ".Star." The case was referred to as Souter v. Reid, and ehould have read, "Reid v. Souter," the Judge summing up in favour of the plaintiff, and not the defendant, and a judgment bting recorded in Mr. Reid's favour.
