Formation, Metalling, Kerbing - and Channelling, Drainage,. Water Extension on the Streets or Roads, within the limits of or bounding' the said Borough of Grey Lynn, and to enable It so to do to borrow a sum of Thirty-two Thousand Five Hundred Pound*.
