LICENSING NOTICES. "VrOUCB OF POLLING-DAY. In pursuance of Section 44 of the Licensing Act, 1908, I, JOHN CROOM WEBSTER, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Waltemata. do hereby give notice that an 'Election will be held for the return of five qualified persons to serve as Members of the Licensing Committee for the said district; and that the latest day for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be MONDAY, the First Day of March, 1909, and that the Poll, of necessary, will be taken at the several Polling-places of the said distract, on the Ninth Day of -March, 1909.
