Messrs Dalgety. and Co., Ltd., Auckland, have received the following cable from thenLondon office, under date of 18th Inst: — Wool.—We quote Bradford tops, 36'e, Hid; 40's. 12id; 44's 13d; 46's, 13id; 50's, 14jd; B6's, 18d; 58's, 10id; common 60's, 20d. Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, have received the following cable from their London .house, under date 19th inst:— Wool sales: Number of buyers generally Is large. Competition animated. Stfectlon good. Merinos geuerally twve advanced par to 5 per cent; fine crossbreds have advanced par to 5 per cent; medium crossbreds have advanced 5 per cent; coarse crossbred wools are 7} per cent higher.
