TURKEY'S PARLIAMENT. GREETINGS FROM BRITAIN. LONDON, December 15. Members of the House of Commons to the number of 376, including the Prime Minister (Mr. Asquith), and the Leader of the Opposition (Mr. Balfour) have sent cordial greetings to the new Turkish Parliament, as the "child of a peaceful revolution."
