(Received 8.22 a.m.) s LONDON, December 14. j The cholera epidemic, which cost so I many lives in Russia two months ago, t has recurred acutely in St. Petersburg, and many deaths are reported. Tha steamer Ashton, from Antwerp, has been quarantined at Grimsby. She had a number of Russian passengers aboard, and five of them died within ten minutes of each other from cholera.
