VICTORIA BJFLES. The competition for the Freston-Yeo trophy was concluded yesterday after a series of interesting competitions. Private W. Cox proves the winner, scoring 8 points. The following are the aggregate points gained by competitors in all matches:— Pvt. AY. Cox, s points; Pvt. J. Carlson, 6; Pvt. Mclvor, C; l'vt Jno. Preston, 5; Pvt. Dixon, 5; Pvt. J. B. Preston 4- Corp D. Jones, 4; Pvt. G. Farley, 3; Pvt. F Preston, 3; Pvt. S. Kowe, 2; Sergt. J. Anderson, 1. On Saturday the company will flre for Capt. Cox's trophy, and commence the match for Hallensteln Bros." trophy. A trophy will also be given for recruits. The scores will also count for the first shoot In the second round of the champion belt competitions.
