PERSIA'S CONSTITUTION.
RESCRIPT WITHDRAWN. TEHERAN, November 25. The Shah, in deference to the British and Russian protest, has withdrawn his rescript abolishing the Constitution. JEWEL ROBBERY. (Received 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 25. Burglars visited the house of R. Wootton, the e?-Australian trainer, at Epsom, and stole jewellery valued at £500.
