TWO-POWER STANDARD.
ACCEPTED BY ASQUITH. IF _BM APPROVAL EXPRESSED. (Received 9-13 a.m.) . LONDON, November 13. Replying to a question in the House of Oom-pvons, ilr- Asquith said the Govern-mi-'Wi accepted the two-Power naval standard, defined as. 10 per cent above the combined strength of the ships of the two li'.'xt strongest Powers. The announcement was received with chsering from both sides of the House. . Most of the newspapers express great approval of the anounoement.
