MR. GRAYSON AGAIN.
A SECOITD SCENE. NAMED AUD SUSPENDED. (Received 8.45 ajn.) LONDON, October 16. Mr. Victor Grayson, the youthful Socialist member for the Colne Valley division of Yorkshire, who was suspended yesterday for disobedience to the Speaker's command tp refrain from discussing the unemployment question -when the Licensing Bill was before the Houpe, preate.l another scene in the Chamber today. He again rose during the discussion <# the Licensing Bill and insisted on speaking on the question of unemployment, refusing to obey the Speaker when ordered to sit down. He was named and suspended, and left the Chamber amid a scene of great disorder. At a meeting of the Parliamentary Labour party, held subsequently, Mr. Arthur Henderson, Labour Whip, entirely dissociated tbe party from Mr. Grayson's conduct, adding that Mr. Grayson was aware of the Labour party's efforts to jsecure from the Govcrnmetnt definite and immediate proposals for dealing with the exceptional distress arising from unemployment.
