SUGGESTED TRANSFER TO TREASURY. LONDON, June 18. In the House of Commons last evening, Mr. Horatio 3ofctomley (Independent Liberal member for Hackney South, and a well-known financier) introduced a bill to compel banker a to hand to the Public Trustee dormant balances and securities in their possession.
