A schoolmistress attached to the staff Df the Government gymnasium at Reval, a former revolutionary, but long since repentant, committed suicide by casting herself under a train prior to King Edward's arrival at Reval. She had been detailed by the revolutionary society of which she was formerly an active member to commit an act of terrorism by throwing a bomb at the railway station on the occasion of the Czars arrival at Reval, bnt rather than obey instructions, and fearful of the consequences if she refused, she committed suicide.
