Sir, —In my letter, which appf&xed in your issue of Ihe 25th inst., when dealing with the Alliance Platform and PolI icy, I asked a plain,-* straightforward question, viz.: Where-does the consistency come in? Mr. Webb, in his let- ' ter, which, appeared in your paper of the j 29th inst., does not reply to that question.
