The expansion of the business of the; Bank of New Zealand in Auckland, necessitates the enlargement of the premises. .- A five-storey -brick building, which- is to have a frontage to•: Swanstbh-street : of 84 feet, is shortly to be erected. The depth of the addition at the lower end, - where it will connect with the premises now in use, will be 44f„' The depth, ~ at the upper end will be 30ft.
