NEW TROUT REGULATIONS.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. By proclamation in the Gazette, claim 7 of the regulations of October 21st last -,; governing the netting and sale of set trout, is revoked, and the following pul . In its stead:— . ; . "Any holder of a license to net tron under these regulations may sell an( dispose of trout so netted without tafc ing out a license to sell trout, provider ."_ a proper register is kept by suci : licensee of every such sale, showing tin. name and address of the person or per < sons to whom such trout is sold, thf . quantity sold, ' and the date of saleSuch register shall be in the form pro scribed by the Minister of Customs and shall be open to inspection by an; collector, postmaster, or fisheries' offica at all reasonable times. If any holder of a license to net shall fail lo keep suci ■ register, or refuse or neglect to product the same for inspection by any authorised person, he shall be guilty of a breacf of these regulations."
