The following business was transacted at the meeting of the Harbour Board yesterday after we went to Press. Tramway Company.—The Board resolved, in connection with the application of Mr. Walklate. in relation to a temporary pumping house for Auckland Electric Tramways Company. Ltd.. -That the portion of land at foot of Hoboon-street. say »> feet by 37 feet as per plan marked A."' forwarded in Tramway Company* letter, be lot to the Auckland Elee-tri,- ' Tramways Company Ltd.. upon temporary occupation such occupation to bo terminable upon three months notice on either side: rental to be at the rate of £52 pC r annum, payable quarterly in advance." Tenders.—The following tenders were received for scoria and blue stone for breastworks at Calliope Dock reclamations. Birkenhead and Freeman's Bay: Treves Bro\¥*l*- 53519 14/3 iaccepted,-. J.
