" Times " Suggests a Peerage. LONDON, February 18. "The Times," alluding to the ill-health of the Prime Minister, declares that Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman is physically unable to bear the strain of the session, and say 3 that he had better accept a peerage. "At present it is undesirable that there should be a duality of command in the House of Comfyns." adds '"The Times," ''and it is unfair to Mr. Asquith (Chancellor of the Exchequer). who, while virtually leading., is overshadowed by the Prime Minister."'
