Hobbs, Anglican vicar at Hastings, who has for some time interested himself in the social welfare of youths connected with racing stables, has been given £300 by stewards and others interested in racing, as a gift to form the basis of a building fund to pro- ' vide a club-room for the youths of Hasti ings.
