The work of laying down 701b steel rails on the main lines of the Dominion is being pushed on by the Railway Department as rapidly as circumstances will permit. Some hundreds of miles of 531b rails have been taken up and laid down on branch lines, replacing the 281b rails which have done duty for many years. Last year 84J miles were covered with the heavy-weight rails. Better than Beer, better than Whiskey, WOLFE'S SCHNAPPS. Families going on holiday need to be well set up with clothing. Everything your boy needs in washing blouses, pants and bathing costumes here. Geo.Jfowids,—£_«L]j "**
