LAWN TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association decided to send six ladies to compete at the inter-State' tournament to be held in Sydney next March. The Association approved the following dates and places for the championship meetings and tournaments:—Hastings, December 26th and 27 th; Pahiatua, January Ist and 2nd; Auckland, January Ist and 2nd; Dannevirke, January 22nd and 23rd; Napier (Hawke's Bay provincial championships), March 29th and 30th.
