11l Wind Blows Good. ST. PETERSBURG, December 2. M. Rodicheff has privately explained to M. Stolypin that his remark to the effect that the hangman's noose would henceforth be known as Stolypin's neckerchief, were not intended to be personal, and he hoped the House would believe in the sincerity of his regrets. M. Stolypin replied: "I forgive you at M. Homsokoffs instance." M. Rodicheff has been excluded from the Douma for a fortnight, only 96 of the Left opposing. The whole House, including; a majority of the Cadets, cheered M. Stolypin during the sitting, and the Extreme" Right promised to support the new regime, and to respect the rights of the Douma.
