(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORNE, this day. With reference to the body found on the beach yesterday, it appears that a man named Anderson saw the deceased go into the water on Sunday, but did not take further notice of him. The body lias been identified by a man. who slept in the same room with him at a lodging-house as that of David Y. Kirk.
