The "Orepuki Advocate" office and a dwefling attached were destroyed by fire ■i two o'clock tliis morning. Nothing was save 4 from the office, and only a few articles of furniture from . the building, which was occupied by a family named Oaborne. The proprietor of the papet, Mr. Fisher, is absent in. Wellington. The insurances on E&e building are £275 in the Commercial Union, and on. the plant £220 in the North British.
