CAPE POLITICS.
(Received 7.23 a.m.) "'* CAPETOWN, November S. In. course of a speech, the Cape" Premier (Dr. L. S. Jameson) Hinted that Mr W. P. SehTeiner, whose re-entry into politics was recently announced, might possibly be the leader of the new Unionist party, formerly known as the Progressives, whose present broad policy of developing agriculture, commerce and mining, said Dr. Jameson, put the country's interest before that of party.
