NEW HEBRIDES.
Heralding the New Order.
SYDNEY, October 28. H.M.S. Challenger ha 3 been ordered to proceed from Wellington to Fiji on oaturday next. At Suva she picks up the High Commissioner of the Western Pacific (Sir Everard im Thurn), who is going to the New Hebrides to take part in the ceremony of reading the proclamation under the new Anglo-French Convention. The French warship Restraint has been ordered from Noumea for a similar purpose.
