WAIUKU BAND BAZAAR MEETING.
A well-attended meeting of ladies and gentlemen interested in organising a bazaar in aid of the Wainku Town Band was held hi the Public Hall on Thursday last The ladies reported upon the progress that had been made during the last few months, which proved to be most satisfactory. It was resolved that the bazaar remain open for three days, on November 21, 22, and 23, when various amusements will be provided. Should good weather prevail, a financial success is anticipated. •* •
