Mr.> T. Idandeno Jackson "sold by auction at- his mart, Customs-street East, this morning, a family residence at the corner of Symonds and Alexandra streets. The house, consists of 10 large, lofty rooms, and stands on a section having a-frontage of 40 feet to Symonds-street, by a depth of 130 feet. With the property is included an adjoining allotment of similar size. The price realised was _2395.

At Mr. Ward Baker's auction rooms to-day 1 acre 2 roods 4 perches at Kawhia was old .for £200, subject to a 42 years' lease. Two cottages for removal realised £27 and £13 respectively.
