THE KOREAN CRISIS.
Hayashi's Assurances,
TOKIO, July 24.
Viscount Hayashi (Japanese Minister for Foreign Affairs), who is now at Seoul, on being interviewed in regard to the present crisis in Korea, stated that intriguing on the part of the Korean Government was impossible.
The throne had nothing to fear from Japan, he added, but there must be competent organised administration.
