MOROCCO, July 22.
Raisuli, the bandit, is intercepting the correspondence of his captive, Kaid Sir Harry Mac Lean, and has refused to permit any more letters to be sent by him to the Maghzen. "If the Sultan wants Sir Har~r MacLean," says Raisuli, "let him send an expedition to release him!"
