PAKIS, July 22.

General Hagron, Commander-in-CMef if the French Army, has resigned as a protest against General Picqnart's proposal, as Minister for War. to disband Kertrits of the 1903 class.

General Hagron protests that snch a fcheme will create a phantom army. General Lacroix has replaced General Bagron.
