LONDON, March 1. The Produce Exchange has agreed to a rule by -which buyers will accept the Government grader s certificate of quality at the time of shipment as final, but adding, "unless the buyer is of opinion that an error has occurred in grading, in which case he shall have the option o! submitting the matter to arbitration." The War Office authorities when inviting tenders for frozen meat have struck out the stipulation as to accepting certificates.
