THE WAIMANA ESTATE.

A Compensation Court will flit at Roto • rua on the 11th of t\is month, the Chief Justice, Sir Robert Stout, presiding. It is to deal with the case ol the Waimana Block of about 4700 acres of land, which is being acquired by the Government from the Assets Board. Sir Robert Stout left Rotorua on Monday for Whakatane, in order to view the land. The Chief Justice travelled overland from Wellington to Eotorua.
