Richards, J.l J .i, submitted his annual report and balance-sheet, and, both being considered most favourable, were adopted. The result of the election of office-bearers for the ensuing year was as follows:—President, Mr .las. Klllot; vice-president, Mr Y. Exon: secretary and treasurer, Mr O. Richards, J.F.; committee, Messrs H. C Cummins, <;. Crtiwder. VVm. Kllison, John Jlugb.es, wni. L'arkeK. C. SkeUerti, and C. Starr.
