September 10. two hundred persons -who have been arrested ar haphazard at Siediee. in Poland, are to be tried before a courtmartial composed of the officers imnli- ; cated in the recent massacre. Representatives of the British Jews are appealing to the _-.t__i__ Government to stop the holding of courts-martial under such conditions, and to thus prevent "a terrible ' crime.
