"WTiile tie barqnentine Frank Guy was being towed out of the xiver this morning an accident occurred which will delay her departure till to-morrow. The vessel was going, out against the wind and tide, being towed by the Kararo, and it appeared ac If her bow stuck on the sand bank opposite the receiving aheds. In slewing round, the Frank Guy'a stern got under the counter of the barque Hazel Craig, and it seemed for a time that the former's mlzzen~mast would break under the Strain imposed on the lanyards.
