WAIKATO SALES. Messrs McNlcol and Co. report:—Al Cambridge ou Friday last -we had a fair yarding of stock. Prices were a good deal better than they have been, especially for IS months and two-year-old steers and good calves. The latter made from 22/ to "_'S/: smaller sorts. 12/ to 17/; 18 months to two-year-old steers in backward condition, £2 6/ to £2 14/; tat an <T forward heifers, £A: store cows and heifers, £2 10/ to £o. The hunter Pilot made £10. and a few ponies £1 to £4. Sundries, furniture, etc., made usual prices. (
