v LONDON, June 19. lie Hon. T. C. Agar Robartes (libsi) has been unseated for the Bodmin ffinson of Cornwall, owing to corrupt practices connected with a garden party siim bj Lord and Lady Clifden.
In the hearing of the case Mr. Justice Gnmtham bitterly complained of the unfairness of the Government in not insistag on the proof or withdrawal of his 'tie Judge's) alleged partisanship in comection with the Yarmouth election petition. A Liberal crowd hooted the .irigt outside the Court, owing to his present finding, and attacked the Conservative agent.
