REPLY TO THE PREMIER. FIXED FOR 2TEXT APRIL. (Received 10.19. a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Mr. Seddon has received a cable from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, reply to his query as to whether fiscal ' nailers would be discussed by the ImJerifll Conference, stating that any fistal matters brought before the Conference by delegates would receive coneifleration. The cable definitely fixes Jhe date of meeting for April 15, 1907.
