Sir Henry Campbell - Bannerman has promised 1 to nominate a Koyal Commission to inquire into police methods in the West End of London, and dealing tfith the:disorder in the streets at night. It -will take special cognisance of the aspersions cast on a French lady who was illegally arrested.
