. DECREASED POPULATION AT THAMES. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) THAMES, this day. The complete returns of the census of ihe borough of Thames are to hand, and give a total population of 3750, which, compared with the returns of census taken six years ago, shows a decrease in population of 573. There are 1843 males and 1901 females in the borough, against 2196 and 2127 last census. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HASTINGS, this day. The census, returns give Hastings a population, of -4602, showing an increase of 952. STEATFOED,, this day. The. Stratford Borough Census gives &. population of 2126 as compared with. 2027 in 1801, an increase of Sβ. \
