THE IRON-SAND COMPANY.
LONDON, April 21. : The'prospectus of the New' Zealand Iron and Steel Company, with a capital of £650,000, has been issued. Mr. Withe- > ford, the promoter, since the death of Sir A J; Cadman, says thai subscription of the capital is assured if the Government will suspend the Clause in the Mining Act giving the right of pre-emption. .'•;
