OCEANIC COMPANY'S PIER SAVED FROM FLAMES.
NEW YORK, April 21. r The piers between Howard and Fob cm streets, including that used by the Oceanic Sieamship Company, have been saved from the fiames. Eleven clerks, all apparently deac". were found among the Post Office debris. They had been without water ani food for three days. They are now recovering. \
