WELLINGTON APPEAL CASE.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. In the Appeal Court to-day judgment was reserved in the case of Hallenstein trustees versus the Burnes trustees. The Chief Justice, on the application of Mr. Solomon, fixed the hearing of the case of Ewing and the Bank of Now Zealand versus the Scandinavian Waterrate Company, which will come on almost immediately.
