CANADIAN TARIFF REFORM.

OTTAWA, February 9. The Canadian Manufacturers' Association, consisting of 2000 members, represeing a capital of £80,000.000, has sent a memorial to the Canadian Tariff Commission, asking it to recommend a tariff that will encourage Canadian enterprise to make everything that can be made at home, and to encourage the Canadian people to buy their surplus requirements, as far as possible, from British sources.
