MANSLAUGHTER BY WOULD-BE SUICIDE. MELBOURNE, February 9. The young man Scanlon, charged with the murder of his sister, has been sentenced to two years' imprisonment for manslaughter. [Scanlon, who is a member of the family associated with the Tyson estate, ehot his sister when she tried to prevent his committing suicide.]
