ZANITA-COIMBATORE COLLISIFON.
(Received 10.26 aan.)
ADELAIDE, this day. An inquiry has been opened into the Zanita-Coimbatore collision. Two seamen gave it as their opinion that if a lifeboat had been launched the two men seen on the Coimbatore's boat could have been saved. They granted, however, that unless the captain of the Zanita were sure that bis vessel was safe it would not have been wise to send the lifeboat away.
